Applications for our graduate programmes in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana are now closed.

We've designed our thorough selection process to ensure that both you and we get the most out of your application. Once we've assessed your online application, we'll arrange for a telephone interview that will test your motivation in a number of areas.

If you're successful, we'll then invite you to a face to face interview. If you impress at face to face interview you may be asked to undertake online psychometric assessments. Succeed here and we'll invite you back for our assessment centre.

The assessment centre will consist of a number of panel interviews with business unit managers. You will need to present a prepared presentation and take part in a team-based assessment exercise.

If you're successful at the assessment centre, you'll receive an offer of a place on one of our programmes within 48 hours.

Johannesburg

Applications for the CA (SA) Graduate programmes are open on a rolling basis.

Applications for the Quants Graduate programme are open from 1 April – 15 August 2011.

Applications for the PBB and CIB SA Graduate programmes are open from 1 April – 15 August 2011.

Applications are now open for the SA Winter school programme.

Once you've applied online, we'll assess your application and then arrange for an interview at your university campus with representatives from both our HR team and one of our business divisions.

If you successfully pass the interview, we'll then ask you to take a psychometric test, as well as answering some case study questions. Following this, if you make it to the final shortlist, we'll invite you to a number of interview panels, where you may need to deliver a prepared presentation on a specific topic. You'll also have the chance to meet some of our business unit representatives over dinner.
