Based in London and Jersey, we open up exciting new opportunities for both high net worth individuals and institutional clients in emerging markets. We provide a full range of tailored wealth management services to meet their evolving individual wealth needs.

Graduate rotations

On our 18 month programme you'll gain a variety of experience on rotations in different areas of Private Banking, gaining experience with different desks and/or business units. Combined with on-site and off-site training, this will give you a full understanding of our private banking business.

Support through the programme.

As well as training in all aspects of financial markets, you'll also be assigned a senior manager as a mentor and a recent graduate who'll act as a buddy.

 

What you'll need

We're looking for graduates who show a genuine interest and/or experience in private banking and a degree in any subject. If you can show a real passion for delivering high levels of personal service to high worth individual clients, this is the programme for you. Naturally, you'll need to be an articulate and confident communicator, with strong academic results, a knack for numbers and the ability to develop innovative ideas.
